Explore Human PB CD4+/CD45RO+ Memory T Cells to evaluate memory T-cell responses, antigen recall, and immune profiling in human disease studies.
Human Peripheral Blood CD4+/CD45RO+ Memory T Cells are isolated from mononuclear cells using an indirect immunomagnetic labeling system based on CD4 and CD45RO expression. After primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. Memory T cells play a pivotal role in generating faster and more robust immune responses upon re-exposure to previously encountered pathogens or tumor-associated antigens. CD4+/CD45RO+ memory T cells are widely applied in research involving autoimmune diseases, cancer immunology, and infectious disease. Their ability to respond rapidly to antigen stimulation makes them valuable for investigating immune memory mechanisms and for developing new therapeutic strategies. In vitro, these memory T cells display limited proliferative capacity. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve functionality. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Peripheral Blood CD4+/CD45RO+ Memory T Cells are central to long-term immunity and rapid secondary responses. These cells can be used in models of chronic infection, immune memory retention, and vaccine durability. CD4+/CD45RO+ cells are also applied in autoimmune disease research, tumor immunity, and inflammation studies. Their antigen-experienced state allows robust cytokine production and immune recall testing.
