Explore the human PDGFRa (D842V_G652E) BAF3 cell line to study drug resistance and signaling pathways, providing a powerful tool for GIST research.
Human PDGFRa (D842V_G652E) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. PDGFRa (D842V_G652E) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human PDGFRA gene harboring dual mutations (D842V and G652E) into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
PDGFRA encodes the alpha isoform of platelet-derived growth factor receptor, a type III receptor tyrosine kinase. The D842V mutation is a known activating variant in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), and the G652E mutation has been associated with enhanced receptor activity and drug resistance. Dual mutations confer constitutive activation and resistance to first-line TKIs. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression and compound mutant cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
