Human Peripheral Blood CD19+ B Cells ,Primary human CD19+ B cells, supporting immunology, antibody biology, and translational medical research.
Human Peripheral Blood CD19+ B Cells are isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy donors. After primary culture, these cells are cryopreserved. CD19+ B cells are a subpopulation of lymphocytes that express the CD19 surface marker and play a key role in adaptive immune responses. Their functions include antibody production, antigen presentation, and cytokine secretion. Their roles in immune surveillance and pathogen clearance make them valuable for studying autoimmune diseases, immunotherapies, and vaccine development. In vitro, CD19+ B cells have limited proliferative capacity. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided during culture. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Peripheral Blood CD19+ B Cells are widely used in antibody production studies, B cell receptor signaling research, and immuno-oncology. These cells serve as a model for understanding humoral responses, antigen presentation, and B cell-targeted therapies in autoimmune and infectious disease research. They are also essential for evaluating B cell maturation, isotype switching, and clonal expansion in vitro.
