Human Peripheral Blood CD4+ Naive T Helper Cells serve as primary immune cells for T-cell differentiation, immunology, and therapeutic research studies.
Human Peripheral Blood (PB) CD4+ Naive T Helper Cells are isolated from human peripheral blood and cryopreserved after primary culture. These cells are a subset of mature T lymphocytes that have not yet encountered their specific antigen. Characterized by CD4 expression and a naïve phenotype, they continuously circulate through blood and lymphoid organs in search of antigen-presenting cells. CD4+ naive T cells are essential for initiating adaptive immune responses and are widely studied in immunology, vaccine development, and immune aging. In vitro, these cells display limited proliferative capacity. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Peripheral Blood CD4+ Naive T Helper Cells serve as a foundational model for investigating the initiation of adaptive immune responses. These mature yet antigen-inexperienced cells are ideal for studying T cell priming, differentiation into Th1/Th2/Th17 (major helper T cell subsets) lineages, and mechanisms of peripheral tolerance. They can also be used in vaccine response modeling, immunotherapy development, and fundamental T cell receptor signaling studies.
