Positively Selected Peripheral Blood CD56+ NK Cells ,Positively selected CD56+ NK cells isolated from peripheral blood using immunomagnetic MicroBeads.
Human Positively Selected Peripheral Blood CD56+ NK Cells are natural killer cells enriched from peripheral blood using immunomagnetic bead separation technology. Morphologically, they are large granular lymphocytes, presenting a round or oval shape, with cytoplasm rich in cytolytic granules such as perforin and granzymes. As part of human immune cell subsets, these cells exhibit CD56 positive cell behavior, including inducing apoptosis of target cells by releasing perforin/granzymes or kill tumor and virus-infected cells through the death receptor pathway mediated by FasL/TRAIL. Additionally, they can secrete cytokines such as IFN-γ and TNF-α to regulate the activity of T cells and dendritic cells. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Positively Selected Peripheral Blood CD56+ NK Cells can be used to study NK cell cytotoxicity, functional responses, and cytokine secretion in vitro. They are suitable for evaluating the effects of experimental treatments or conditions on NK cell activity and for investigating NK cell–mediated regulation of other immune cells under laboratory conditions.
