Human PV Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Untreated) enable myeloproliferative neoplasm research, immune profiling, and cytokine response studies.
Human Polycythemia Vera Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PV PBMCs) (Untreated) are primary cells isolated from newly diagnosed PV patients prior to any therapeutic intervention. These PBMCs contain native JAK2V617F-mutant hematopoietic clones with intact signaling pathways and the original tumor microenvironment, including reactive immune cell populations that contribute to disease pathogenesis. While maintaining typical surface marker expression (CD3⁺ T cells, CD19⁺ B cells, CD56⁺ NK cells, CD14⁺ monocytes), they display early disease features such as STAT3/STAT5 hyperactivation and increased erythroid progenitor interactions. The immune compartment shows incipient dysfunction—moderate PD-1 upregulation on T cells and altered monocyte differentiation potential—reflecting early tumor-immune crosstalk. The treatment-naïve status of these cells makes them particularly valuable for establishing baseline molecular profiles, investigating initial driver events in PV development, and identifying novel therapeutic targets. In translational research, these samples are widely used to identify early immune and molecular markers, characterize adaptive immune alterations, and establish baseline PBMC profiles for untreated polycythemia vera.

Human PV Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (Untreated) can be used for immunogenicity determination, tumor immunotherapy evaluation, and autoimmune disease mechanism research. For example, by analyzing changes in CD8⁺ memory T cell subsets to reveal aging-related immune decline, or as effector cells for antibody drug activity detection, they can provide basic data support for immunotherapy.
