Human SLC34A2_ROS1 (V2098I) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. SLC34A2_ROS1 (V2098I) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of an exogenous human SLC34A2-ROS1 fusion gene with the V2098I mutation into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
SLC34A2-ROS1 fusion leads to constitutive activation of ROS1 kinase and is implicated in non-small cell lung cancer. The V2098I mutation may influence kinase activity or inhibitor response.
