SLC43A2-ROS1 (S1986F) BAF3 Cell Line enables studies of ROS1-driven oncogenesis and helps evaluate responses to ROS1-targeted cancer therapies.
Human SLC43A2_ROS1 (S1986F) BAF3 Cell Line is a murine pro-B cell model derived from Ba/F3 cells, modified to express the SLC43A2-ROS1 fusion carrying an S1986F mutation. Stable integration is achieved using lentiviral vectors, and qRT-PCR confirms transgene expression. Cells are expanded below P20.
Target
SLC43A2-ROS1 fusions activate oncogenic ROS1 kinase signaling, and the S1986F variant may influence therapeutic response and signaling strength. ROS1 fusion proteins activate PI3K-AKT, MAPK, and STAT pathways, supporting tumor progression. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
