The TNK1 (M596D) BAF3 cell line provides a powerful tool for studying cell signaling and apoptosis, supporting oncology and targeted inhibitor screen.
Human TNK1 (M596D) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. TNK1 (M596D) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human TNK1 harboring the M596D mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
The TNK1 gene encodes a non-receptor tyrosine kinase involved in cell signaling, growth suppression, and immune modulation. The M596D mutation is located in the kinase domain and is reported to influence TNK1’s enzymatic activity and regulatory function. TNK1 is being studied as a tumor suppressor and potential therapeutic target in hematologic malignancies. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression or point-mutant cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
