Human TNK1 (M596D) BAF3 Cell Line is a murine pro-B cell line engineered to express a mutant form of the human TNK1 gene harboring the M596D mutation. This Ba/F3-based system allows the functional evaluation of mutation-induced transformation in a cytokine-independent manner.
Target
Tyrosine kinase non-receptor 1 (TNK1) plays a regulatory role in signal transduction and cell growth. The M596D mutation is associated with altered kinase activity and oncogenic potential.
