Human TPR_Met (D1228N) BAF3 Cell Line, TPR, BAF3, Overexpression Stable Cell Lines, Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Human TPR_Met (D1228N) BAF3 Cell Line is a Ba/F3 line expressing the fusion gene TPR_Met with a D1228N mutation. This mutation enables IL-3–independent proliferation and oncogenic transformation.
Target
The TPR_Met fusion combines the coiled-coil domain of TPR with the MET receptor kinase. D1228N enhances MET kinase activity and contributes to drug resistance. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
