MAT-LyLu cell line is a rat prostate cancer model with high metastatic potential, ideal for studying tumor progression and cancer metastasis.
Rat prostate adenocarcinoma. A rat prostate tumour cell line derived from successive in vivo passages of the AT-1 tumour cell line. The cells are anaplastic, androgenin dependant and metastatic to the lung.
