RThe Raji (NFκB) Luciferase Reporter Cell Line was generated using a recombinant lentiviral vector system to introduce an NFκB-responsive luciferase reporter construct into Raji host cells for stable reporter expression.
Following transduction, cells undergo multiple rounds of medium replacement and passaging to remove residual viral particles from the culture environment. The final cryopreserved product is not expected to contain infectious lentiviral particles. However, residual viral particle quantification and replication-competent lentivirus (RCL) testing are not included as routine release tests for this product, and quantitative residual data are not currently available.
