Description

AKR1B1 NCI-H1975 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human non-small cell lung cancer (NCI-H1975) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. AKR1B1 NCI-H1975 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human AKR1B1 into NCI-H1975 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The AKR1B1 gene encodes aldose reductase, an enzyme involved in the polyol pathway and oxidative stress response. It is linked to diabetic complications, inflammation, and cancer chemoresistance. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
