Xpress™ Human B7H4 over-expressing cell line (293T) is a recombinant 293T cell line engineered for stable expression of human B7H4 using lentiviral transduction technology. It was established to support immune checkpoint research applications.
Target
B7H4 (VTCN1) is a negative co-stimulatory molecule of the B7 family, expressed on antigen-presenting cells and some tumor cells. It inhibits T-cell responses and has been implicated in tumor immune evasion, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy.
