Description

CCKBR A431 Overexpression Cell Line was constructed by lentiviral transduction of human CCKBR cDNA into A431 epidermoid carcinoma cells. The inserted expression cassette is stably integrated and validated by gene-level assays.
Target
CCKBR (Cholecystokinin B Receptor) is a G protein-coupled receptor that binds gastrin and cholecystokinin. It regulates gastric acid secretion, cell growth, and anxiety-related behavior. Overexpression of CCKBR is found in gastrointestinal and small cell lung cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest.
