The CD294 overexpression cell line is a genetic engineering model that supports research on allergic reaction mechanisms and anti-inflammatory therapies.
CD294 HEK293 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (HEK293) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. CD294 HEK293 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CD294 into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The CD294 gene, also known as CRTH2 or PTGDR2, encodes a prostaglandin D2 receptor expressed in Th2 cells, eosinophils, and basophils. It mediates allergic inflammation and is associated with asthma, atopic dermatitis, and other type 2 inflammatory diseases. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
