Description

Xpress™ Human CD30 over-expressing cell line (HT1080) is a genetically engineered model developed from the human fibrosarcoma HT1080 cell line, tailored to express high levels of human CD30. Lentiviral vector-mediated transduction was employed to achieve stable gene integration and consistent expression.
Target
CD30 (TNFRSF8) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily and is highly expressed in certain lymphomas, including Hodgkin’s lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma. It plays a role in T-cell activation and has emerged as a therapeutic target for antibody-drug conjugates and other immunotherapies.
