Xpress™ Human CD94 over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human CD94 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CD94 gene into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
CD94 (KLRD1) is a C-type lectin-like receptor expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and some T cells, forming heterodimers with NKG2 family members. It plays a critical role in MHC class I recognition and immune regulation. AcceGen offers generation of stable immune receptor overexpression models tailored for immunological studies. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
