Description

The CXCR6 HEK293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from human HEK293T cells based on customers’ requirement. CXCR6 HEK293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human CXCR6 into HEK293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
CXCR6 is a chemokine receptor that binds to CXCL16 and is involved in T cell migration, tissue retention, and immune surveillance. It plays critical roles in inflammatory diseases, tumor immunology, and viral infections such as HIV and SARS-CoV-2. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
