293T cells engineered to stably express human DDR1, a key receptor tyrosine kinase involved in extracellular matrix sensing, fibrosis, and cancer studies.
Xpress™ Human DDR1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (293T) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. DDR1 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human DDR1 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The DDR1 gene encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase activated by collagen binding, regulating cell adhesion, proliferation, and extracellular matrix remodeling. It is involved in tissue development and is upregulated in various tumors, including breast and lung cancer. DDR1 signaling contributes to tumor progression and metastasis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
