Xpress™ Human ERBB2 Overexpressing Cell Line (HEK293) provides a powerful tool for tumor research, aiding the study of the HER2 signaling pathway.
Xpress™ Human ERBB2 over-expressing cell line (HEK293) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected HEK293 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human ERBB2 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human ERBB2 gene into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
ERBB2, also known as HER2, is a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family of receptor tyrosine kinases. It is implicated in the regulation of cell proliferation and survival, and its overexpression is clinically associated with breast, gastric, and ovarian cancers. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
