Xpress™ Human FGFR3IIIc over-expressing cell line (BAF3) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human FGFR3IIIc overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human FGFR3IIIc isoform into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
FGFR3IIIc is an alternatively spliced isoform of the FGFR3 receptor that shows distinct ligand-binding specificity and is implicated in tissue-specific signaling. It plays a key role in development, skeletal dysplasia, and cancer progression. AcceGen offers generation of isoform-specific overexpression models for dissecting functional consequences of alternative splicing. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
