CT26 cells with human FZD4 overexpression, suitable for Wnt pathway analysis, cancer signaling studies, and receptor-targeted drug discovery.
Xpress™ Human FZD4 CT26 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from mouse colon carcinoma (CT26) parental cells based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral integration of the full-length human FZD4 gene into CT26 host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Frizzled-4 (FZD4) is a Wnt receptor that plays a critical role in Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, vascular development, and retinal angiogenesis. Dysregulation of FZD4 is associated with diseases such as familial exudative vitreoretinopathy and cancer.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
