EL4 cells with human GPC3 overexpression, designed for tumor immunology studies, therapeutic target screening, and T cell engagement assays.
Human GPC3 EL4 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine T lymphoma (EL4) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human GPC3 EL4 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human GPC3 into EL4 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
GPC3 is a cell surface proteoglycan associated with embryonic development and tumorigenesis. It is frequently overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma and has become a target for precision immunotherapy. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
