The Xpress™ Human GPRC5B Overexpression Cell Line (293T) provides a model for exploring G protein-coupled receptor roles in neural and cancer biology.
The GPRC5B 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from 293T cells based on customers’ requirement. GPRC5B 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human GPRC5B into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
GPRC5B encodes a G protein-coupled receptor potentially involved in metabolic regulation and neural function. It is associated with neuroinflammatory diseases and adipogenesis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
