Description

The human GPRC5C overexpression cell line (293T) was created by integrating exogenous GPRC5C cDNA into the 293T host genome using lentiviral delivery. qRT-PCR confirms stable expression, and the cells are propagated under selective pressure to ensure genetic consistency.
Target
GPRC5C is a member of the type 3 G protein-coupled receptor family and is thought to participate in glucose metabolism and pancreatic islet function. Altered GPRC5C expression has been linked to metabolic disorders and pancreatic tumor biology. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest.
