The Xpress™ ICAM1 overexpression cell line is a gene-engineered model based on customer needs, suitable for studying cell adhesion and immune responses.
Xpress™ Human ICAM1 over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. ICAM1 CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human ICAM1 into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The ICAM1 gene encodes intercellular adhesion molecule 1, which is involved in leukocyte adhesion, migration, and inflammatory responses. Its expression is upregulated in inflammatory diseases and cancers, and it serves as a biomarker and therapeutic target.
