The Xpress™ Human ICOSL Overexpression Cell Line (293T) provides an ideal model for studying T cell activation and immune regulation mechanisms.
Xpress™ Human ICOSL over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically modified human 293T cell line stably expressing human ICOSLG through lentiviral transduction. The model was constructed in accordance with specific project requirements to enable reproducible expression levels.
Target
ICOSL (Inducible T-cell Co-Stimulator Ligand), also known as CD275, is a B7 family ligand that binds to ICOS on activated T cells. This interaction is essential for T-cell-dependent immune responses and has been implicated in autoimmunity and cancer immune regulation.
