Immortalized Mouse Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells carrying SV40T via lentiviral transduction, provided at 0.5 million viable cells per vial.
Immortalized mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (mBMSCs) are derived from mouse bone marrow and genetically engineered to enable long-term proliferation while preserving essential MSC characteristics. These cells exhibit typical fibroblast-like morphology, adhere to standard culture surfaces, express canonical MSC markers such as CD44, and retain the ability to differentiate into osteogenic, adipogenic, and chondrogenic lineages. Compared with primary MSCs, immortalized mBMSCs offer enhanced stability, reproducibility, and extended lifespan, making them a versatile and reliable in vitro model for stem cell biology, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, drug screening, and mechanistic studies.

Immortalized mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are widely used in stem cell biology, regenerative medicine, drug screening, gene function analysis, and microenvironment modeling. Their stable proliferation and retained differentiation capacity make them a reliable and reproducible alternative to primary mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for both basic research and translational applications.
