Xpress™ Human IL11RA over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human IL11RA overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human IL11RA gene into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
IL11RA encodes the interleukin-11 receptor alpha chain, which dimerizes with gp130 to mediate IL-11 signaling. It is involved in hematopoiesis, inflammation, and tumorigenesis, particularly in gastrointestinal and prostate cancers.
