The Xpress™ Human IL15Ra cell line (CHOK1) is a model for studying IL-15 presentation and immune activation in cancer immunotherapy research.
Xpress™ Human IL15Ra over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is a genetically engineered model derived from the CHOK1 cell line, developed to meet customer-specific research needs. The human IL15RA gene was stably integrated into CHOK1 host cells using optimized lentiviral transduction, resulting in robust surface expression of IL15 receptor alpha.
Target
IL15Ra (Interleukin 15 Receptor Alpha) is a high-affinity receptor subunit for IL-15, a cytokine involved in the activation and proliferation of NK and T cells. IL15Ra presents IL-15 in trans to neighboring immune cells and plays a critical role in immune homeostasis and cancer immunotherapy. Its expression and functional relevance have made IL15Ra a strategic target for novel immunotherapeutic approaches.
