Stable BAF3 cell line overexpressing human IL21R, designed for IL-21 signaling studies related to T cell activation, differentiation, and immune function.
Xpress™ Human IL21R Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B (BAF3) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. IL21R BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human IL21R into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The IL21R gene encodes a receptor for interleukin-21, regulating immune cell proliferation, differentiation, and cytotoxic function. It is vital for T-cell, B-cell, and NK cell responses and is implicated in autoimmune diseases and lymphoid malignancies. IL21R resides at the cell membrane and signals through JAK/STAT pathways. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.

The IL21R BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line serves as a powerful tool to investigate IL21-mediated immune regulation and its role in hematologic disorders. This model enables evaluation of cytokine responses, antibody production, and cytotoxicity in engineered immune systems. It is widely used in immunotherapy development and receptor-targeted screening.
