CT26 cells stably expressing human IL2RG, ideal for evaluating cytokine signaling, immune cell development, and tumor immunotherapy strategies in vitro.
Xpress™ Human IL2RG Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine CT26 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. IL2RG overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human IL2RG into CT26 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The IL2RG gene encodes the common gamma chain receptor involved in the signaling of multiple interleukins, essential for lymphocyte development. Its dysfunction is associated with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
