The Xpress™ Human LOXL1 Overexpression Cell Line (293T) facilitates studies of extracellular matrix dynamics, fibrosis, and tumor progression.
The LOXL1 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from 293T cells based on customers’ requirement. LOXL1 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human LOXL1 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
LOXL1 encodes lysyl oxidase-like 1, critical for elastin and collagen cross-linking. It is involved in pelvic organ prolapse, glaucoma, and tumor stroma remodeling. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
