MMP7 HEK293 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human MMP7 into HEK293 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Target
The MMP7 gene encodes matrix metalloproteinase-7, which plays a role in extracellular matrix degradation, epithelial repair, and tumor invasion. Overexpression of MMP7 is correlated with poor prognosis in colorectal, pancreatic, and gastric cancers.
