Human Muc1 stably expressed in 293T cells, optimized for mucin-related tumor biology studies and therapeutic screening for epithelial-derived malignancies.
Xpress™ Human Muc1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human embryonic kidney (293T) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Muc1 293T overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human Muc1 into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The Muc1 gene encodes a transmembrane mucin protein that protects epithelial surfaces and is overexpressed in various epithelial cancers. It is involved in signal transduction, immune modulation, and tumor progression. Muc1 is a major biomarker and immunotherapy target. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
