The Xpress™ human NKG2A overexpression cell line, an optimized HEK293T model, supports tumor immunotherapy research and meets diverse research needs.
Xpress™ Human NKG2A over-expressing cell line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected HEK293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human NKG2A overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human NKG2A (KLRC1) into HEK293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
NKG2A is an inhibitory receptor expressed on NK and CD8+ T cells. It binds HLA-E and downregulates cytotoxic responses, contributing to immune tolerance. NKG2A is considered a checkpoint molecule in cancer immunotherapy, especially in combination with PD-1/PDL1 blockade. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
