The NMRK1 Expi293F overexpression cell line stably integrates the human NMRK1 gene, ideal for metabolic pathway research and drug screening.
NMRK1 Expi293F Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected suspension-adapted human embryonic kidney (Expi293F) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. NMRK1 Expi293F overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human NMRK1 into Expi293F host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The NMRK1 gene encodes nicotinamide riboside kinase 1, a key enzyme in the NAD+ biosynthesis pathway that phosphorylates nicotinamide riboside. It is critical for cellular metabolism, aging, and neuroprotection, and has been implicated in metabolic diseases and neurodegenerative disorders.
