Description

Norrin 293T Overexpression Cell Line is generated via lentiviral transduction of human Norrin (NDP) cDNA into 293T cells. Stable clones were screened and verified for gene expression by qRT-PCR.
Target
Norrin is a secreted protein involved in retinal vascular development and neural function, acting through the Frizzled-4 receptor in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Mutations are associated with Norrie disease and familial exudative vitreoretinopathy. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
