The 293T cells overexpressing human NRP1 is ideal for angiogenesis research, VEGF signaling pathway analysis, and tumor microenvironment studies.
Xpress™ Human NRP1 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from human embryonic kidney (HEK293T) parental cells based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by lentiviral-mediated stable integration of the full-length human NRP1 gene into 293T host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Neuropilin-1 (NRP1) is a transmembrane co-receptor involved in angiogenesis, axonal guidance, and immune regulation. Human NRP1 modulates VEGF signaling and is implicated in cancer progression and immune evasion.
AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
