The Xpress™ Human PDL1 Overexpression Cell Line based on CHOK1 cells, suitable for tumor immune evasion research and anti-PDL1 drug evaluation.
Xpress™ Human PDL1 over-expressing cell line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected CHOK1 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human PDL1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human PDL1 (CD274) into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
PDL1 (Programmed death-ligand 1) is an immune checkpoint ligand that binds PD-1 to inhibit T cell responses. Its overexpression allows tumors to escape immune surveillance. PDL1 is widely studied in cancer immunotherapy. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
