This engineered cell line originates from HEK293T cells stably expressing human PVRL1, introduced via lentiviral delivery. The cell line is confirmed by qRT-PCR. Cells are cultured at <P20. Target PVRL1 encodes Nectin-1, a cell adhesion molecule involved in epithelial integrity, viral entry, and tumor cell invasion. It is implicated in neurological disorders and cancer metastasis.
