Description

Using lentiviral delivery, the human PVRL2 gene was integrated into the 293T cell genome. The resulting stable cell line is selected and validated to ensure robust overexpression.
Target
PVRL2 (Nectin-2) is an adhesion molecule and immune checkpoint ligand involved in tumor cell interaction and immune escape. Its upregulation is observed in cancers such as hepatocellular carcinoma and breast cancer. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
