Description

PVRL2b CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. PVRL2b CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human PVRL2b into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The PVRL2b gene encodes a member of the nectin family involved in cell adhesion and immune regulation. PVRL2b plays a role in intercellular junction formation and interacts with immune checkpoint molecules such as TIGIT and CD96, contributing to immune cell modulation in tumor microenvironments.
