The Xpress™ human SEMA4D overexpression cell line (293T) provides a powerful tool for studying the tumor immune microenvironment and vascular remodeling.
Xpress™ Human SEMA4D over-expressing cell line (293T) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected human 293T parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human SEMA4D overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human SEMA4D gene into 293T host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
SEMA4D encodes Semaphorin 4D, a transmembrane protein involved in axon guidance, immune modulation, and angiogenesis. It interacts with receptors such as Plexin-B1 and CD72 and is increasingly recognized as a target in oncology and immunotherapy. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines for a wide range of signaling molecules. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
