The Xpress™ Human SIGLEC14 Overexpression Cell Line (CHOK1) is a key tool for studying innate immune responses and developing SIGLEC-targeted therapies.
Xpress™ Human SIGLEC14 over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is a CHOK1-derived cell line genetically engineered to stably express human SIGLEC14 through lentiviral vector transduction. The model ensures high surface expression suitable for glycoimmunology research.
Target
SIGLEC14 is a sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin expressed on innate immune cells such as monocytes and neutrophils. It promotes pro-inflammatory responses and is implicated in host defense, inflammation, and respiratory diseases. Genetic variations in SIGLEC14 are associated with differential immune responses in humans.
