The Xpress™ TEK overexpression cell line offers a powerful tool for vascular-related research, supporting functional screening and targeted therapies.
Xpress™ Human TEK Over-Expressing Cell Line (CHOK1) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. TEK (also known as TIE2) overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human TEK into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
TEK encodes the endothelial-specific receptor tyrosine kinase TIE2, critical for angiogenesis, vascular stabilization, and endothelial cell survival. TEK functions through ANGPT1/2-mediated signaling and plays an important role in vascular-related tumors. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
