Description

Human TGFβ1 gene was stably integrated into P3U1 cells using lentiviral technology. The cells were selected for consistent expression and validated by gene-level analysis.
Target
TGFβ1 is a multifunctional cytokine that regulates cell growth, immune responses, and extracellular matrix formation. It plays a dual role in cancer, acting as a tumor suppressor in early stages and a promoter in late-stage malignancies.
