Mouse B7H4 CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Mouse B7H4 CHOK1 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous mouse B7H4 (VTCN1) into CHOK1 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
B7H4 (VTCN1) is an immune checkpoint molecule belonging to the B7 family that plays a negative regulatory role in T-cell-mediated immune responses. Its upregulation has been observed in various cancers, where it contributes to immune suppression and tumor escape.
